About the Role

emagine is seeking a Lead Program Manager Agentic AI Telecom Platform to join our team in Dhahran, Eastern region. This full-time role involves leading the comprehensive design, development, deployment, and operationalization of a large-scale Agentic AI platform specifically tailored for telecom networks.

Role Overview and Strategic Focus

The successful candidate will be responsible for integrating AI agents across various network components and defining the strategic roadmap for Agentic AI, Digital Twin, AIOps, and Autonomous Network Operations. This position requires coordinating diverse technical teams, including product, architecture, engineering, data science, MLOps, and telecom domain experts, to ensure cohesive program delivery and integration within complex telecom environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Own overall program delivery, budget management, governance, and stakeholder engagement.
• Define the platform roadmap for Agentic AI, Digital Twin, AIOps, and Autonomous Network Operations.
• Coordinate efforts across product, architecture, engineering, data science, MLOps, and telecom domain teams.
• Drive integration with OSS/BSS, NMS, Data Lakes, CMDB, observability platforms, and vendor ecosystems.
• Manage multi-vendor environments, including notable telecom providers.
• Define Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for network automation, fault reduction, Mean Time To Restore (MTTR), Service Level Agreement (SLA) compliance, and operational efficiency.
• Establish frameworks for AI governance, explainability, model risk management, and regulatory compliance.
• Lead executive reporting and steering committees.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 15 years of experience in telecom transformation and network automation.
• Proven track record in the delivery of at least two large-scale projects, including AIOps platforms and Autonomous Network Operations platforms.
• Hands-on experience with telecom AI/ML platforms and OSS modernization programs.
• Strong understanding of 4G/5G Radio Access Network (RAN), 5G Core, Transport Networks, Operations Support Systems/Business Support Systems (OSS/BSS), and Cloud-native platforms.
• Proficiency in Agentic AI, Multi-Cloud Platform (MCP), AI orchestration frameworks, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), Large Language Model Operations (LLMOps), and Machine Learning Operations (MLOps).
• Demonstrated ability to manage programs exceeding €20M.

Preferred Skills and Attributes

• Experience with vendor ecosystems and managing multi-vendor environments.
• Knowledge of regulatory compliance frameworks related to AI.
• Familiarity with performance KPIs relevant to network operations.
