About the Role

Boeing is seeking a Product Repair & Modification Technician specializing in Structures to join their team in Dhahran, Eastern Region. This full-time position is part of the on-site F-15 modification team, supporting upgrades for the RSAF F-15SA aircraft. You will contribute to the ongoing structural modifications of one of the world's most operationally active fighter jets.

Role Context and Responsibilities

As a Structural Modification Technician, you will perform essential structural modifications and assist in aircraft maintenance activities. This includes fault diagnosis and functional testing of disturbed systems. You will collaborate with peers to ensure safe aircraft handling and maintenance practices. A key aspect of this role is adhering to established processes, accurately recording work, and ensuring compliance with contractual and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Assemble, disassemble, and structurally modify aircraft systems by changing, removing, replacing, or upgrading components to implement engineering changes.
• Oversee or complete assembly, disassembly, or overhaul tasks.
• Configure aerospace vehicles and associated test equipment.
• Troubleshoot complex aircraft systems to identify structural faults and repair faulty components according to authorized maintenance documents.
• Perform validation and verification testing of systems and components.
• Document procedures and established processes to ensure contractual and regulatory compliance.
• Inspect components and verify repairs to meet flight worthiness requirements.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 3 years of prior mechanical or structural experience in a production or MRO (Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul) facility is essential.
• Demonstrable proficiency in interpreting engineering drawings and technical data.
• At least 1 year of experience supporting military aircraft modifications.
