Safety Trainer

About the Role

Eram Talent is seeking a Safety Trainer to deliver safety training programs, assess trainees, and support safety certification activities. This full-time position is based in Dhahran, Eastern Province, and requires strong experience in Oil & Gas safety training. Saudi candidates are preferred for this role.

Role Overview

The Safety Trainer will be responsible for conducting comprehensive safety training, with a focus on industrial safety, emergency procedures, and HSE practices. This role involves both classroom instruction and practical evaluations, ensuring that all training complies with applicable Saudi, Oil & Gas, and international safety standards. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in teaching and certifying students or trainees in these critical areas.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct safety training programs for employees, trainees, and students.
• Deliver classroom and practical training on industrial safety, emergency procedures, and HSE practices.
• Teach and assess students on safety procedures and required competencies.
• Conduct safety assessments, examinations, and practical evaluations.
• Issue or support training certificates and competency certifications upon successful completion.
• Develop and update training materials, presentations, assessments, and course content.
• Deliver training related to emergency response, workplace safety, and environmental awareness.
• Ensure training programs comply with applicable Saudi, Oil & Gas, and international safety standards.
• Maintain accurate training records, attendance, assessment results, and certification records.
• Monitor trainee performance and provide feedback and corrective guidance.
• Support safety awareness programs and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure training is delivered effectively in both Arabic and English.

Qualifications and Experience

• 5-10 years of experience in safety training.
• Strong Oil & Gas safety training experience.
• Proven experience teaching and certifying students or trainees in industrial safety, emergency procedures, and HSE practices.
• Ability to deliver training effectively in both Arabic and English.

Location and Work Type

This is a full-time position located in Dhahran, Eastern Province. The role requires on-site presence to conduct training and assessments.
