Autobia is a Saudi technology company established in Dammam in 2021. The company focuses on building an ecosystem that supports the growth of the traditional retail sector, with a primary focus on the auto parts market. This role is based in Dhahran, Eastern Province.

Role Summary

Autobia is seeking a Senior Graphic Designer to manage and develop the company's visual identity. The designer will ensure consistency and quality across all visual touchpoints, working closely with the Creative Design Lead and collaborating with Marketing, Product, and Commercial teams. This full-time position requires taking ownership from concept to delivery and contributing to the visual quality within a growing organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and evolve Autobia's brand identity, including typography, imagery, iconography, and visual language, ensuring consistency and quality across all platforms.
• Develop and maintain brand guidelines and visual systems, translating business objectives into creative concepts and design solutions.
• Design digital and print materials such as campaigns, presentations, brochures, web assets, infographics, and motion/video content, ensuring scalability across formats and channels.
• Present creative concepts to stakeholders and provide feedback to enhance design quality within the organization.
• Independently manage projects from initial concept through to final delivery, coordinating with vendors and agencies to ensure all outputs are on-brand and production-ready.

Qualifications and Experience

• 5-10 years of experience in graphic design.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain visual brand identity.
• Experience in creating various digital and print materials.
• Ability to manage projects independently from concept to delivery.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Figma for collaborative design and handoff processes.
• Proficiency in motion design and video editing tools such as After Effects and Premiere Pro.
• Experience in photography or art direction.
• Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS for refining landing pages and digital assets in collaboration with product teams.
