Key Responsibilities:
- Managing correspondence and appointments.
- Organizing and archiving administrative files both electronically and in paper form.
- Drafting internal and external communications.
- Coordinating meetings and ensuring logistics are handled.
- Monitoring the execution of directives from management.
- Supporting human resources with attendance tracking and employee letters.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management Information Systems, Marketing, or Executive Secretarial.
- Preferred certifications: CCNA, SPHR-CA, CAME - HRMC, CFA, SASL.
- Proficiency in Arabic, English, and any additional languages is preferred.
Skills Required:
- Excellent customer service.
- Proficient in email management software and office machines.
- Strong writing and typing skills.
- Ability to schedule meetings effectively.
- Strong responsibility management.
