The Opportunity

Almarai is seeking a Regional Quality Coordinator (Poultry) to join its team. This full-time position is based in Hail, Saudi Arabia. The role is integral to maintaining high-quality standards across regional operations and requires professional experience in a relevant field.

Role Purpose

The Regional Quality Coordinator is responsible for maintaining quality systems within the regions. This encompasses all stages from receiving and inspecting to handling, storing, selling, and delivering quality products. The role ensures the satisfaction of consumer and customer needs by upholding stringent quality procedures and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement and ensure adherence to quality procedures.
• Provide training on quality standards and protocols.
• Conduct regular audits of quality systems and processes.
• Report on quality performance and audit findings.
• Review processes and recommend appropriate corrective actions.
• Follow up on the implementation and effectiveness of corrective actions.
• Update quality procedures and SQA forms as required.
• Conduct continuous improvement analysis to enhance quality operations.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 2 to 5 years of experience in a quality coordination or assurance role, preferably within the poultry or food and beverage industry.
