The Opportunity: Senior Production Manager (Poultry)

Almarai is seeking a Senior Production Manager (Poultry) to join its team in Hail. This full-time role involves managing self-directing, multi-functional teams to ensure efficient processing and packing of poultry products. The manager will be responsible for meeting internal customer order requirements within defined performance parameters, while adhering to product specifications, quality, and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage multi-functional teams to process and pack poultry products efficiently.
• Ensure all poultry products meet internal customer order requirements, agreed quality specifications, and cost parameters.
• Optimize product quality to meet required specifications consistently.
• Maximize service to internal customers by ensuring the right product is delivered at the right time and to the correct specification.
• Optimize product yield, minimize wastage, and maximize plant utilization to enhance operational profitability.
• Conduct Health & Safety on-the-job training for staff to ensure all activities are performed safely and efficiently.
• Direct, manage, and control required manpower and resources efficiently to achieve production targets.
• Motivate the workforce to meet future business challenges.
• Identify, plan, and implement necessary staff development initiatives.

Required Experience

Candidates for this role should possess 5-10 years of relevant experience in production management, preferably within the poultry industry.

Work Environment and Location

This is a full-time position based in Hail, Saudi Arabia. The role operates within a dynamic multinational team dedicated to supporting the group's growth plans.
