About the Role: Team Leader

Almarai is seeking a Team Leader for a full-time position in Hail. This role involves organizing and supporting assigned shifts to ensure production plans are executed within established timelines, defined quality standards, and budgetary controls. The Team Leader is also responsible for motivating staff to operate efficiently while adhering to safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Organize and assist the assigned shift to achieve production plans.
• Ensure production activities are completed within agreed time schedules.
• Maintain defined quality standards throughout the production process.
• Operate within established budgetary controls.
• Control and motivate staff to ensure efficient operations.
• Ensure adherence to defined safety and quality standards by all team members.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry.
• 3-5 years of experience in a supervisory position within a poultry or food manufacturing environment.
• Working knowledge and understanding of ISO 9000.
• Previous experience with ISO standards.
• Work experience in a poultry plant.
• Exposure to hygiene standards.
