The Role of Senior Team Manager (Civil Maintenance Supervisor)

Almarai is seeking an experienced Senior Team Manager (Civil Maintenance Supervisor) to join its team in Hail. This full-time role involves leading civil projects, supervising site activities, and ensuring adherence to quality, safety, and engineering standards. The position requires managing contractors, providing technical oversight, coordinating projects, and resolving multidisciplinary construction challenges.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily site operations, work crews, and contractors.
• Ensure that construction activities comply with approved drawings, specifications, and safety requirements.
• Monitor quality, project progress, and team performance.
• Provide technical guidance and support for project teams and contractors.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to deliver projects on time and within established standards.
• Conduct site inspections and address construction-related issues.

Qualifications and Experience

• Candidates should possess 2-5 years of relevant experience.
• Demonstrated experience in civil engineering project leadership.
