Required Qualifications:
The candidate must have a bachelor's degree in one of the following fields:

• Business Administration
• Marketing
• Customer Service
• Executive Secretarial

Preferred Certifications and Licenses:

• Microsoft Certified System Engineer (MCSE 2003)
• CCNA Cisco Certified Network Associate
• Human Resource Development (HRD) Certification HRMP, HRBP, PHRi
• Measurement and Verification Specialist (CMVP)
