- Developing innovative programs to achieve quality and meet customer needs.
- Analyzing information to identify strengths and weaknesses in customer service systems.
- Preparing documentation and reports related to service and providing recommendations to relevant departments.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field such as public relations or customer service management.
- Certifications such as Project Management Professional (PMP) and Microsoft Certified System Engineer (MCSE).
- Advanced customer service skills, quality assurance, and customer experience management.
Required Languages:
- Arabic: Advanced
- English: Advanced
- Turkish, Indonesian, and Urdu: Advanced (preferred).
