Almarai, a leading company in Saudi Arabia, is seeking a Senior Team Manager to join their team in Ha'il. This full-time position offers an opportunity to contribute to the operations of a key rendering plant within the company.

Role Overview

The Senior Team Manager will oversee three self-directing, multi-functional teams within the Category 3 Rendering Plant. This role focuses on ensuring efficient processing in accordance with standard operating procedures, meeting product standards, and adhering to safety regulations and management performance parameters.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage three self-directing, multi-functional teams within the Category 3 Rendering Plant.
• Ensure all processing activities comply with established standard operating procedures.
• Achieve and maintain specified product standards efficiently.
• Adhere to all relevant safety standards.
• Operate within defined management performance parameters.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in an ISO/HACCP accredited Rendering Plant.
• Experience in a plant supplying EU-categorized product to first-world countries.
• Previous experience in a position similar to Team Manager.
• Fluency in English (speaking, writing, and reading).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
