The Opportunity

Due to an aggressive expansion program and recent acquisitions in new vertical markets, Almarai is seeking a Senior Team Manager. This full-time position is based in Al Kharj, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and offers an opportunity to join a dynamic multinational team focused on supporting the group's growth plans.

Role Overview

The Senior Team Manager will be responsible for leading a self-directing, multi-skilled team. The primary objective is to maximize the operational availability and efficiency of engineering plant and equipment. This role ensures that internal customer needs are met within established management performance parameters, while strictly adhering to defined Safety and Quality Standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a multi-skilled team to ensure high operational availability of engineering plant and equipment.
• Drive efficiency improvements within the engineering operations.
• Ensure that all operational activities meet internal customer requirements.
• Operate within defined management performance parameters.
• Uphold strict adherence to Safety and Quality Standards.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 5 to 10 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
• Demonstrated ability to manage and lead self-directing, multi-skilled teams.
• Experience in maximizing operational availability and efficiency of engineering plant and equipment.
• Proven track record of ensuring adherence to Safety and Quality Standards.
