The Role of Senior Team Manager

Almarai is seeking a Senior Team Manager to join its operations in Al-Kharj. This full-time role involves managing a self-directing, multi-skilled team to ensure the maximum operational availability and efficiency of engineering plant and equipment. The manager will be responsible for meeting internal customer needs within defined management performance parameters, while also ensuring strict adherence to established Safety and Quality Standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a multi-skilled team to optimize operational performance.
• Ensure high availability and efficiency of engineering plant and equipment.
• Meet internal customer requirements within specified performance metrics.
• Uphold and enforce defined Safety and Quality Standards across all operations.

Qualifications and Experience

• Degree or Diploma from a recognized institute or organization in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• 7-10 years of experience in an Infant Nutrition, Foods, or Dairy environment.
• Proficiency in computer literacy, including Microsoft Office and SAP.
