About the Role

Role Purpose

The primary purpose of this role is to safeguard company assets, personnel, and information systems. The Security Guard will be responsible for proactive security measures, monitoring access to restricted areas, conducting regular inspections, and responding effectively to security events and incidents.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement and maintain security protocols for all assigned facilities and information systems.
• Take proactive steps to ensure a safe and secure working environment for staff and visitors.
• Provide specialized security for and monitor access to limited and restricted areas, such as inventory areas, network equipment areas, and employee files and confidential records.
• Conduct regular walk-throughs and security inspections for assigned facilities.
• Investigate all accidents or security events occurring during the shift time and generate comprehensive reports with all required documentation.
• Execute activities related to the function using safe and environmentally friendly methods.
• Perform any other duties as assigned by the direct supervisor or manager.
