About the Role

Edition is seeking an F&B Service Expert to join our team in Inak, The Red Sea. This full-time role focuses on delivering a unique and memorable guest experience that extends beyond food and beverage service. Candidates should possess 0-1 years of experience in a related field, demonstrating initiative to ensure every guest meal is exceptional.

Key Responsibilities

The Service Expert ensures that all guest interactions contribute to the overall dining experience. Key duties include:

• Setting tables according to established standards.
• Communicating effectively with kitchen staff to facilitate service.
• Interacting with and serving guests professionally and attentively.
• Maintaining cleanliness of work areas and supplies.

Work Environment and Physical Demands

Success in this role requires adherence to company policies and procedures, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring a professional appearance and communication style. The position involves physical activity and requires the ability to:

• Stand, sit, or walk for extended periods, including on sloped, uneven, or slippery surfaces.
• Read and visually verify information, such as menus.
• Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 25 pounds (* kg) without assistance.
• Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 50 pounds (* kg) with assistance.
• Reach overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping.
