Quality Assurance Quality Control Manager

About the Role

Outdoor Factory MEA is seeking a Quality Assurance Quality Control Manager to join their team in Jazan. This full-time position focuses on overseeing and ensuring the quality of production processes from the field office, guaranteeing compliance with established quality standards, and reporting on performance metrics.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct rigorous inspections to verify project compliance with quality standards.
• Monitor production processes and prepare comprehensive quality control reports.
• Develop and implement quality improvement initiatives.
• Promptly communicate any identified non-conforming products or production issues to responsible parties.
• Analyze customer feedback and provide actionable solution recommendations.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Engineering, Architecture, etc.).
• In-depth knowledge and experience with quality management systems and standards.
• Minimum of 5 years in a managerial role, with a total of at least 15 years of relevant experience.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Exceptional feedback and communication abilities.
• Proficiency in English, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and persuasively.

Work Type and Location

This is a full-time position based in Jazan. The role requires a minimum of 10 years of experience.
