Quality Control Manager

About the Role

Parsons Corporation is seeking a Quality Control Manager to join the Construction Supervision team in Riyadh. This full-time position supports a major landmark development project, focusing on ensuring all works comply with stringent quality, safety, and sustainability requirements.

Project Context

The project involves the design, enabling, and main works for a large-scale destination development in Riyadh, featuring iconic assets, hospitality facilities, and supporting infrastructure. The Construction Supervision Consultant (CSC) is responsible for providing independent, end-to-end supervision and management to ensure successful operations and long-term legacy objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide support using the Parsons Quality Management System for process optimization, procedure development, data collection, reporting, and training.
• Interface with senior and executive levels to drive quality process improvement and re-engineering initiatives.
• Establish project/program quality systems, audit schedules, and facilitate corrective actions.
• Perform independent audits to ensure compliance with QA/QC programs and analyze findings to identify trends.
• Support the development and maintenance of corporate quality governance systems.
• Promote uniform corrective action/preventive action and non-conformance tracking programs.
• Collaborate with management on quality activities and interfaces.
• Perform statistical process control and provide technical guidance to junior quality personnel.
• Handle qualification audits of suppliers and coordinate efforts to maintain Parsons quality-related certifications.
• Prepare project/program quality manuals, plans, and procedures.
• Verify compliance with Parsons and customer quality requirements, industry codes, standards, and regulatory commitments.
• Review and approve documents such as quality manuals, technical deliverables, test plans, purchase orders, and subcontracts.
• Perform other duties as required to support quality management initiatives.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 10 years of experience in quality control or a related field.
• Demonstrated ability to manage and implement quality systems on large-scale development projects.
• Experience with corporate quality governance and compliance verification.

Work Environment

This role is based on-site in Riyadh as part of the Construction Supervision team, contributing to a significant landmark development project.
