The Role of Purchasing Representative

alfanar Group is seeking a Purchasing Representative to join its team in Jazan. This full-time role involves executing planned activities to meet operational and development targets, ensuring effective communication within teams, and adhering to established policies and procedures. The representative will be responsible for utilizing resources efficiently to achieve objectives within specified cost and time parameters.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with various teams to ensure effective work achievement.
• Maintain effective communication with peers and managers, demonstrating openness to directions and feedback.
• Execute planned activities to meet operational and development targets according to delivery schedules.
• Utilize resources effectively to achieve objectives within efficient cost and timeframes.
• Resolve any related issues that arise and escalate complex operational problems as needed.
• Adhere to quality requirements and specifications for products, processes, and related activities.
• Execute assigned tasks in accordance with defined policies and procedures.
• Comply with all related procedures and work instructions.
