Showroom Sales Representative

About the Role

Jazeera Paints is seeking a Showroom Sales Representative to join their team in Jazan. This full-time role focuses on ensuring excellent customer reception and maintaining a high level of service within the showrooms, addressing customer needs, and managing both pre-sales and after-sales support.

Role Purpose

The primary purpose of this position is to guide customers through the sales process, from initial product introduction to order fulfillment and delivery. The representative will also be responsible for maintaining showroom standards, achieving sales targets, and ensuring efficient inventory management to support sales operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Guide customers from showroom entry, introducing products, and securing orders.
• Calculate required quantities, assist with color and product coordination, and facilitate invoicing and proper goods delivery.
• Coordinate activities among showroom staff, including assistants, workers, and drivers.
• Maintain the showroom's organization and cleanliness.
• Ensure the availability of marketing tools such as brochures and catalogues.
• Achieve sales targets as outlined in the sales plan.
• Commit to accomplishing management goals and implementing key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Process online customer requests and update the E-commerce platform, considering item requirements and stock levels.
• Maintain adequate stock levels, especially for fast-moving items, by adhering to ordering policies and the first-in, first-out (FIFO) principle to prevent dead stock.
• Report all missing products in the main store to the direct manager.
• Ensure goods are arranged in warehouses according to policy to maintain accurate stock for periodic inventory checks.
• Submit financial reports to the regional accountant when required and deposit sales cash daily into the company's account.
• Provide regular reports to the direct manager on competitors' activities and promotions.
• Handle customer complaints professionally and report them to the direct manager.
• Cooperate with other branches to resell slow-moving items.
• Implement company policies and instructions.
• Submit periodic reports on achievements, problems, and failures to the direct manager.
• Propose ideas and suggestions to enhance the sales process and value.
• Execute tasks related to the function using safe and environmentally sound methods.
• Perform any other duties assigned by the direct supervisor or manager.

Work Environment

This role operates within a showroom setting, requiring constant interaction with customers and coordination with internal teams. The position is full-time and based in Jazan.
