Showroom Sales Representative

About the Role

Jazeera Paints is seeking a Showroom Sales Representative to join their team in Riyadh. This full-time role focuses on ensuring excellent customer reception within showrooms, maintaining high service standards, and meeting customer needs both before and after sales. The representative will be responsible for managing customer interactions from initial entry to order fulfillment and delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Guide customers from showroom entry, introducing products, and securing orders.
• Calculate required quantities and assist customers with color and product coordination based on their needs.
• Coordinate with all showroom staff, including assistants, workers, and drivers, to ensure accurate invoicing and timely delivery.
• Maintain the organization and cleanliness of the showroom at all times.
• Ensure the availability of all marketing tools, such as brochures and catalogs.
• Achieve sales targets as outlined in the sales plan.
• Commit to accomplishing management goals and implementing key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Process online customer requests and update the E-commerce platform, considering required items and stock levels.
• Maintain adequate stock levels, especially for fast-moving items, by adhering to ordering policies from warehouses based on minimum and maximum thresholds.
• Apply the first-in, first-out (FIFO) policy to prevent dead stock.
• Report all missing products in the main store to the direct manager.
• Ensure goods in warehouses are arranged according to policy and procedure guidelines to maintain accurate stock and prevent discrepancies during periodic inventory checks.
• Submit financial reports to the region accountant as required.
• Adhere to daily deposits of all sales cash amounts into the company’s account.
• Provide regular reports to the direct manager regarding competitors' activities and promotions.
• Handle customer complaints professionally and report them to the direct manager.
• Cooperate with other branches to resell slow-moving items.
• Implement company policies and instructions.
• Submit periodic reports on achievements, problems, and failures to the direct manager.
• Provide constructive ideas and suggestions to enhance the sales process and value.
• Execute job-related activities using safe and environmentally sound methods.
• Perform any other duties assigned by the direct supervisor or manager.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, requiring active engagement within the showroom environment and coordination with various internal teams to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction.
