  • Prepare HR documentation such as employment letters, reports, SOPs, and memos.
  • Support employee engagement initiatives and internal communications.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential personnel files.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned by HR management.

Administration Duties:
  • Support general office operations including printing, filing, and supply coordination.
  • Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and meeting minutes.
  • Organize and maintain filing systems (both electronic and paper).
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and meeting schedules.
  • Facilitate smooth administrative workflows between departments.
  • Respond to employee inquiries and manage internal communication.

Qualifications:
