An administrative assistant is required to work in a prestigious company, possessing high organizational skills and effective communication abilities with various levels of management. The candidate must hold a bachelor's degree in business administration or equivalent, with at least two years of experience in a similar field. Main tasks: • Organizing and managing administrative correspondence and documents • Coordinating meetings and preparing agendas and minutes • Managing telephone calls and emails • Following up on daily administrative tasks and providing support to senior management • Preparing periodic reports and analyzing data • Organizing and storing files and documents systematically • Coordinating with different departments to ensure work efficiency.
