We have a new role opened for an Administrative Assistant as part of our Support Services. This position is essential for providing administrative and logistical support for the day-to-day business needs of the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administrative and office support activities.
  • Receptionist tasks such as fielding telephone calls and directing visitors.
  • Managing messenger’s log and handling various transportation and document delivery tasks.
  • Archiving documents and sorting out post.
  • Ordering office stationery supplies.
  • Managing staff medical insurance.
  • Overseeing stock and inventory of printable stationery.

Key Personal Attributes:
  • Action-oriented and a self-starter with a pleasant personality.
  • Must maintain a professional demeanor even in high-stress situations.
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task.
