About the Role

شركة مداد الأمان لوكالة الـتأمين is seeking a dedicated Compliance Officer to join our team in Jeddah. This full-time position is central to ensuring adherence to internal policies and regulatory requirements within the insurance sector. The successful candidate will play a key role in monitoring compliance implementation, organizing documentation, and supporting report preparation for relevant authorities.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor updates to systems, instructions, and circulars relevant to the insurance sector.
• Organize and maintain comprehensive compliance files, records, and regulatory forms.
• Assist in the preparation of periodic compliance reports and follow up on observations and corrective actions.
• Coordinate with various departments to ensure the provision of necessary documents and fulfillment of regulatory requirements.
• Oversee the implementation of approved internal policies and procedures.
• Support in tracking customer complaints, suspicious cases, and initiatives to combat fraud and money laundering.
• Contribute to the implementation of compliance awareness and training programs.
• Monitor deadlines and ensure the timely submission of all required reports and documentation.
• Maintain the strict confidentiality of all information and documents.
• Execute other compliance-related tasks as directed by the Compliance Manager.

Educational Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Law, Business Administration, Finance, Insurance, Risk Management, or a closely related field.

Required Experience

• 1-2 years of experience in compliance, insurance, or regulatory affairs, with a preference for experience within the insurance sector.

Skills and Knowledge

• Good knowledge of systems, instructions, governance principles, and internal control frameworks.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word and Excel.
• Certification in Insurance Fundamentals is considered a significant advantage.

Compensation

This full-time position offers a competitive salary ranging from SAR 3,750 to SAR 5,625, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
