The Senior Compliance Specialist Role

Unifonic is seeking a Senior Compliance Specialist to join its dedicated Compliance team in Riyadh, Riyadh Province. This full-time position requires 2-5 years of relevant experience and is central to managing and enhancing the organization's compliance function. The specialist will focus on all compliance affairs, proactively identifying potential issues, and developing practical solutions for the business.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure the organization maintains an engagement framework with the regulator (CST).
• Collaborate with management and staff to identify and manage regulatory compliance risks.
• Maintain open communication with relevant decision-makers and stakeholders to inform all parties of regulatory communication and impact.
• Organize regular training sessions for employees to communicate key regulatory changes and updates effectively.
• Support the creation and implementation of organizational policies, standards, and procedures to ensure compliance with applicable regulations.
• Research industry compliance regulations and policies.
• Evaluate internal operational and procedural compliance.
• Maintain internal regulatory compliance by communicating requirements, obtaining approvals, and training stakeholders.
• Apply for compliance certifications and regulatory approvals.
• Develop and maintain a comprehensive compliance recordkeeping system.
• Maintain communication with compliance regulators and follow up on applications.
• Stay updated on compliance requirements and amendments to regulations.
• Identify roadblocks and propose process improvements within compliance operations.
• Maintain the compliance communication register and related documentation.
• Create and manage action plans in response to regulatory compliance audit discoveries and compliance violations.
• Remediate regulatory audits and periodic reviews, compiling identified gaps and action plans.

Candidate Profile and Requirements

• A minimum of 2-5 years of experience in a compliance-related role.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
• Demonstrated ability to effectively plan, manage, and complete projects in alignment with stakeholder needs, expectations, and organizational strategic objectives.
• Diligent attention to detail and advanced analytical abilities.
