We are seeking a Senior Compliance Specialist to join our team in Riyadh, Riyadh Province. This full-time role is integral to managing and enhancing our compliance framework within an environment that values creativity and collaboration.

The Compliance Team's Mission

The Compliance team at Unifonic is dedicated to managing and strengthening the organization's overall Compliance function. This involves proactively addressing all compliance affairs, anticipating potential issues, and developing practical solutions to support business operations. The Senior Compliance Specialist plays a key role in ensuring regulatory adherence and fostering a robust compliance culture.

Key Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain an engagement framework with the regulator (CST).
• Collaborate with management and staff to identify and manage regulatory compliance risks.
• Coordinate and maintain open communication with decision-makers and stakeholders regarding regulatory communication and impact.
• Organize and conduct regular training sessions for employees on key regulatory changes and updates.
• Support the creation and implementation of organizational policies, standards, and procedures to ensure compliance with applicable regulations.
• Research industry compliance regulations and policies.
• Evaluate internal operational and procedural compliance.
• Maintain internal regulatory compliance through communicating requirements, obtaining approvals, and training stakeholders.
• Manage applications for compliance certification and regulatory approval.
• Develop and maintain a comprehensive compliance recordkeeping system.
• Maintain communication with compliance regulators and follow up on applications.
• Stay informed about compliance requirements and amendments to regulations.
• Identify roadblocks and propose process improvements within the compliance framework.
• Maintain a compliance communication register and associated documentation.
• Create and manage action plans in response to regulatory compliance audit findings and violations.
• Remediate regulatory audits and periodic reviews, compiling identified gaps and action plans.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Minimum of 3+ years of hands-on experience as a compliance analyst or specialist within an enterprise-level organization.
• Strong experience in both reviewing and drafting policies and documentation in both Arabic and English.
• Experience with international standards and local regulatory requirements related to telecommunications, data protection, and data localization.
• Higher Education or a Bachelor’s Degree in a Technology or Management field.
