About the Role

Bupa Arabia is seeking a Coop Process Improvements professional to join their team in Makkah and Jeddah. This full-time role is designed to establish and maintain standardized operational procedures and transparent processes for task distribution, ensuring balanced workloads and efficient resource utilization within the department.

Role Purpose

The primary purpose of this position is to create a clear and accountable framework for assigning tasks, responsibilities, and assignments among team members. This involves ensuring that workloads are balanced, accountability is clear, resources are utilized efficiently, and departmental objectives are delivered in a timely manner.

Key Responsibilities

• Allocate responsibilities effectively based on team competencies, current workload, and business priorities.
• Assess requirements, establish clear priorities for tasks, and define realistic execution timelines.
• Evaluate resource availability and adjust assignments as needed to address any capacity constraints.
• Monitor progress, track deadlines, and proactively address any performance gaps to ensure timely delivery.
• Ensure compliance with established procedures, review the effectiveness of task allocation, and implement continuous improvements.
