Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify recurring problems and direct relevant information for prompt corrective actions.
  • Use and interpret various systems for preauthorizations, claims research, and provider network status.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by competently handling complaints and resolving issues efficiently.
Required Skills:
  • Experience in customer service or call center operations.
