Finance Officer

About the Role

Eram Talent is seeking a Finance Officer to support financial and procurement operations within a business unit. This full-time position is based in Makkah, with responsibilities covering financial transactions, budgeting, reconciliations, and procurement-related activities. The role requires 2-5 years of relevant experience.

Role Overview

The Finance Officer will be responsible for managing financial processes, ensuring accurate record-keeping, and contributing to the efficient operation of both finance and procurement functions. This includes supporting various financial tasks from transaction processing to reporting, as well as assisting with vendor coordination and purchase requisitions.

Key Responsibilities

• Process and monitor financial transactions, ensuring accurate record maintenance.
• Support annual budgeting, budget monitoring, variance analysis, and necessary budget adjustments.
• Prepare financial reports detailing expenditure, commitments, and budget utilization.
• Perform monthly reconciliations and investigate any discrepancies.
• Monitor outstanding receivables, invoices, and aging reports.
• Manage and reconcile P-Card transactions and WBS requests.
• Prepare customer quotations and process invoices.
• Support procurement activities, including Purchase Requisitions (PRs), advance payments, and Service Entry Sheets (SES).
• Coordinate vendor registration and onboarding processes.
• Assist with bid and tender documentation, including financial responses.
• Coordinate with Finance, Procurement, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate and auditable financial and procurement records.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and operational efficiency within finance and procurement.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 2 to 5 years of experience in a finance or accounting role.
• Demonstrated experience with financial transactions, budgeting, and reporting.
• Familiarity with procurement processes and vendor coordination.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial record-keeping.

Work Location

This position is based in Makkah, Saudi Arabia, with potential responsibilities extending to Jeddah. The role is full-time.
