We are seeking dynamic and self-motivated Food & Beverage professionals eager to advance their careers in a stylish and modern environment.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide professional, friendly, warm, and engaging service.
  • Welcome guests, receive and escort them to tables, ensuring they are well attended to.
  • Manage outlet reservations, handle the reservation book, and answer phones impeccably.
  • Set up the outlet prior to business hours with the service team.
  • Coordinate with the service team to arrange floor plans for reservations.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the outlet and entrance area.
  • Ensure guest satisfaction and wellbeing with friendly yet discrete contact.
  • Be knowledgeable about menus and ongoing promotions for guest recommendations.
  • Contribute to setting up the outlet’s database.
  • Reassure guest satisfaction upon their departure.

Skills & Qualifications:
  • A diploma or degree in hospitality with previous experience in Food & Beverage is preferred.
  • Exceptional command of the English language is required, and additional languages are advantageous.

Knowledge & Competencies:
  • Service-oriented and committed to exceeding guest expectations.
  • Good interpersonal skills, positive attitude, and well-groomed appearance.
  • Competencies include understanding the job, taking responsibility, recognizing differences, and teamwork.
