Job Description

Job Title: Hotel Receptionist


Responsibilities:

1. Welcoming Guests: Greeting guests upon their arrival and providing necessary assistance.

2. Check-in and Check-out Procedures: Managing check-in and check-out processes accurately and quickly.

3. Responding to Inquiries: Providing information about the hotel, its services, and the surrounding areas.

4. Managing Reservations: Handling the reservation system and confirming or modifying bookings as needed.

5. Problem Solving: Addressing complaints and issues professionally to ensure guest satisfaction.

6. Teamwork: Collaborating with other departments such as housekeeping and maintenance to ensure a comfortable experience for guests.

7. Keeping Records: Accurately recording necessary information such as guest details and payments.


Qualifications:

- Good communication skills.

- Ability to handle pressure.

- Knowledge of computer basics.

- Previous experience in the hospitality field is preferred.

- Excellent English language skills.

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Experience: 35 years in procurement, purchasing, or inventory management.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Excel, ERP systems (SAP, Oracle), and inventory software.
  • Soft Skills: Strong negotiation, analytical, and organizational abilities.
  • Language: Fluency in English (Arabic is a plus).
  • Location: Must be based in Jeddah.
