Join Asas Training as a Production Supervisor!
Asas Training is part of the Khalifa Al Gosaibi Group, a pioneering company in the manufacturing of fireproofing and insulation materials. We are looking for a dedicated Production Supervisor to oversee the manufacturing and production processes for our advanced fireproofing and soundproofing products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage day-to-day operations of the production facility.
  • Ensure safety compliance and enforce best practices.
  • Maintain product quality through regular inspections.
  • Lead and develop a high-performing production team.
  • Collaborate with engineering and R&D teams for process improvements.
  • Manage inventory levels and production schedules.
  • Implement lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Track production performance through reports and KPIs.
  • Foster a positive work culture focused on teamwork and accountability.
Qualifications:
We prefer candidates with a Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field, proven supervisory experience in manufacturing, and strong knowledge of fireproofing and soundproofing products. Excellent leadership, communication skills, and proficiency in production management software are essential.

The Warehouse Manager will operate primarily during normal shifts but must also be prepared to work outside regular hours and on weekends and holidays when necessary. Occasional travel may be required.
