Main Responsibilities:- Developing and implementing plans and programs to achieve administrative goals.
- Supervising the improvement of work procedures and ensuring quality and speed in service delivery.
- Monitoring the needs of organizational units for administrative services.
- Ensuring that employees are informed of the administrative instructions issued by the senior management.
- Preparing summarized reports on administrative performance and following up on emerging challenges.
Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Executive Secretarial.
- 3 years of practical experience.
- Advanced skills in business management, supervision, and report preparation.
- Fluency in both Arabic and English.
Job Details:- Six working days per week, morning work period.
- Location: Medina.
