At AccorHotel, we believe that the safety and security of our guests and staff is paramount. We are seeking a Security Supervisor who will be responsible for maintaining a secure environment in our luxurious resort. This role is essential to ensure that our facilities are safe and well-maintained.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Inform the Assistant Security Manager/Director of Security about all security matters.
  • Coordinate with the Director of Engineering regarding fire and security responsibilities.
  • Liaise with management and employees to assist with security issues and loss control.
  • Work collaboratively with local law enforcement and Fire & Safety officials.
  • Supervise security staff and train them on Resort regulations, fire prevention, safety procedures, and emergency responses.
  • Maintain confidentiality related to security records and reports.
  • Conduct regular checks of security operations, including CCTV surveillance.
  • Prepare security staff for all emergency situations through regular training and drills.

Qualifications:
  • University degree in any field.
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role at a five-star hotel, preferably in the UAE.
  • Strong team management, computer, and communication skills.
