Job Summary
Functions as the strategic business leader of the property’s food and beverage/culinary operation, including Restaurants/Bars, Room Service and Banquets/Catering, where applicable. This position oversees the development and implementation of departmental strategies and ensures implementation of the brand service strategy and brand initiatives. The role ensures the food and beverage/culinary operation meets the brand’s target customer needs, ensures employee satisfaction, and focuses on growing revenues and maximizing the financial performance of the department.

Candidate Profile
Education and Experience
- High school diploma or GED with 6 years experience in food and beverage, culinary, event management, or related areas.
- OR 2-year degree from an accredited university in Food Service Management, Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration or related major; 4 years experience in food and beverage, culinary, event management, or related fields.

Skills and Knowledge
- Knowledge of customer service principles, financial resource management, and business administration principles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze market dynamics and develop strategic plans.

Core Work Activities
- Develop and maintain food and beverage/culinary goals.
- Lead food and beverage team and ensure exceptional customer service.
- Manage financial resources and conduct human resource activities.

Additional Responsibilities
- Provide timely information to subordinates and supervisors.
- Estimate food and beverage consumption for inventory management.

Desired Skill & Expertise:
  • Saudi National/Expat.
  • Minimum 2 years of lifeguarding experience in a 45-star hotel.
  • Saudi Swimming Federation Certificate.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • First Aid and CPR certified.
  • High standards of cleanliness and attention to detail.
