About the Role
The General Cashier at Hilton plays a vital role in our finance team, focusing on cash handling and reporting. The position supports the finance lead in enhancing the team's capabilities and ensuring compliance with financial controls.

Main Responsibilities
  • Supervise all cash activities of the hotel and safeguard cash assets.
  • Prepare all financial reports related to cash transactions.
  • Collaborate with hotel departments and participate in training initiatives.
  • Analyze complex financial data to create insightful reports.
  • Troubleshoot financial issues and mentor team members in problem-solving skills.
  • Present financial information effectively to various stakeholders.

What We Are Looking For
  • University degree in Accounting or Finance preferred.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
  • Proficient in MS Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
  • Effective communication and negotiation skills.
