We are looking for an experienced Production Supervisor to oversee our production management processes. If you have a strong background in food production, particularly in meat processing, and a commitment to quality control and compliance, we want you on our team.

Responsibilities:
  • Oversee production management and lead the team.
  • Ensure quality control and adherence to industry standards.
  • Identify and implement process improvements and waste reduction strategies.
  • Document production processes accurately.
  • Communicate effectively and coordinate with other departments such as warehouse and quality.
  • Ensure optimal input of raw materials and output of finished products.

Requirements:
  • Proven experience in a meat processing facility, handling beef, chicken, and seafood.

  • Experience: 15+ years in FMCG Sales & Distribution with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Qualification: MBA in Sales/Marketing or related field preferred.
  • Skills: Strong commercial acumen and operational understanding of logistics. Proven ability to manage large teams and multiple stakeholders. Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills. Familiarity with ERP/CRM tools and modern sales reporting systems.
