Qualifications:

- Proven experience in crafting HR strategies that support business objectives.
- Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication abilities.
- Experience in fostering employee engagement and a positive culture.
- High level of professionalism and discretion in handling confidential information.
- Experience in the technology sector or managing remote teams is a plus.
