Join Our Team as a Human Resources Manager!
Centro Salama is seeking a passionate and dynamic Human Resources Manager to oversee our HR function and align it with our strategic business objectives. We pride ourselves on delivering extraordinary levels of customer service and creative solutions to our colleagues.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage all facets of Human Resources including recruitment, coaching, compensation & benefits, health & safety, performance management, and succession planning.
  • Ensure the recruitment of high-caliber employees to achieve business targets within budgeted staffing plans.
  • Comply with all legal requirements and provide functional direction.
  • Serve as a mediator for colleague concerns and initiate necessary changes.
  • Provide direction and coaching on HR issues such as performance management and employee relations.
  • Foster a high level of colleague satisfaction and team spirit.
  • Establish annual objectives, budget, and programs for the HR Department in line with the hotel’s strategic plan.
  • Maximize productivity and morale within a cooperative working climate.

Qualifications:
You should possess a university degree in a related discipline or a professional HR designation with a minimum of three years of experience in a similar role. Proficiency in computerized payroll systems and fluency in English are essential. Previous experience in the Gulf region is preferred, along with a track record of career progress and stability.
