Join EMAD as a Human Resources Manager!

As a key player in managing our human resources operations, you will ensure the smooth running of all employee management activities within our organization. Your responsibilities will include:
  • Recruiting and onboarding new hires.
  • Conducting performance management and providing feedback.
  • Managing payroll and employee benefits.
  • Coordinating leave requests to maintain coverage across departments.
  • Entering daily employee reports and production incentives into HR systems.
  • Managing complaint forms and documenting results.
  • Ensuring compliance with labor laws and internal policies.
  • Overseeing disciplinary processes and advising management on HR best practices.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in HR management.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations.
  • Advanced Arabic, Intermediate English proficiency.
