Join Our Team as a Human Resources Manager!
At PTA, we are dedicated to fostering a positive and productive work environment. We are seeking a skilled HR Manager who will help us shape our workforce and strengthen our HR capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead HR Strategy and Policy Development.
  • Develop and implement effective team leadership and development initiatives.
  • Enhance employee engagement and satisfaction while resolving conflicts and grievances.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and manage HR databases.
  • Track key HR metrics and present insights to senior management.
  • Oversee recruitment processes ensuring we attract top talent.
  • Administer employee compensation, benefits, and payroll accurately.
  • Manage performance evaluation processes and develop improvement plans.
  • Facilitate training programs to enhance employee skills.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field (required).
  • 5 years of experience in HR (required).
  • Knowledge of Saudi Labor Law and HR best practices.
  • Strong leadership and analytical abilities.
  • Proficient in HRIS systems.
