About the Job:
Our client, a known name in the consumer goods industry, is seeking a seasoned professional to join the executive leadership team as a Human Resources Director. This role requires strong leadership for the HR and OD team to ensure a modern and dynamic HR service is delivered across the organization.

Your Role:
  • Provide leadership for the HR Team and develop line management capability.
  • Engage in relationship-building with key stakeholders including the Board and Executive Team.
  • Create and enhance a performance culture through improved management capability and recognition of success.
  • Lead HR input in business planning processes and support new ways/models of service delivery.

Must Haves:
  • A minimum of 15+ years of experience in HR with the ability to present a coherent vision for culture and operations.
  • Outstanding communication skills and experience in organizational planning, recruitment, and employee engagement.
  • Degree qualified with a relevant HR qualification.
  • Experience in transforming HR functions to align with business needs.

This position is open only to Saudi Nationals as per Saudi Laws.
