Roles & Responsibilities:

• Supervise all maintenance contracts across Kraiv properties and locations, covering equipment such as refrigeration, HVAC, and kitchen production units.
• Coordinate with contractors and internal teams to ensure preventive maintenance checks are completed on time, within specifications and budget.
• Oversee unscheduled repairs, ensuring timely execution, quality workmanship, and adherence to cost expectations.
• Provide regular feedback and recommendations to management regarding contractor performance and any proposed changes to vendors.
• Develop and manage a consistent maintenance process across all Kraiv locations, ensuring store teams understand and apply it effectively.
• Supervise equipment installation in new locations in collaboration with contractors and Project Managers.
• Ensure installations are compliant with manufacturers’ specifications, warranty requirements, and operational timelines.
• Recommend replacement of outdated equipment and suggest suitable alternative models or specifications for future use.

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Strong communication skills in both Arabic and English (verbal and written).
• Previous experience in a multi-outlet Food & Beverage operation is highly preferred.
• Proven experience managing and negotiating maintenance contracts.
• Flexibility to be on-call during regular restaurant operating hours.
• Willingness to travel across KSA as required.
• Good presentation and interpersonal skills.

Join Us as a Maintenance Supervisor at the First Vignette Collection in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (Carlton Al Moaibed Hotel). We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Maintenance Supervisor to join our team. This role requires leadership, technical expertise, and a proactive approach to hotel maintenance operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate the work of maintenance staff, including electricians, plumbers, HVAC technicians, and general maintenance personnel.
• Plan, implement, and monitor Preventive Maintenance (PM) schedules for all hotel systems including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical.
• Ensure prompt response to guest room maintenance requests and maintain high guest satisfaction.
• Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, public areas, back-of-house spaces, and equipment to identify maintenance needs.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, fire and life safety (FLS) systems, and hotel standards.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance work, equipment logs, and inventory of tools and supplies.
• Coordinate with external vendors for specialized repairs, services, and equipment procurement.
• Monitor energy consumption and support energy-saving initiatives and green engage programs.

Requirements:

• Diploma or degree in Engineering, Facility Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 35 years of experience in hotel maintenance, with at least 12 years in a supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, mechanical, and FLS systems.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to lead a team effectively and work under pressure.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with PM systems, BMS/GRMS, and energy management systems is an advantage.
• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and emergency call-outs.
