Job Summary:
The maintenance supervisor oversees regular and emergency maintenance work at restaurant branches, ensuring the readiness of all equipment and vital systems (electricity, plumbing, air conditioning, kitchen equipment), and works to repair any malfunctions quickly and efficiently to maintain operations without disruption.

Tasks and Responsibilities:
  • Supervising the maintenance technical team and distributing tasks among them.
  • Following up on preventive maintenance plans for each branch according to the specified schedules.
  • Receiving malfunction reports and following up on repairs immediately.
  • Communicating with external maintenance companies and coordinating with them when needed.
  • Monitoring inventory of spare parts and necessary equipment and issuing purchase requests when needed.
  • Preparing periodic reports on the status of maintenance and future needs.
  • Ensuring compliance with occupational health and safety standards during maintenance operations.

Requirements and Qualifications:
  • A diploma or bachelor's degree in mechanical or electrical engineering or equivalent.
  • Experience of no less than 3 years in the maintenance field, preferably in the restaurant or hospitality sector.
  • Excellent leadership skills and team management.
  • Ability to work under pressure and solve problems quickly.

  • Supervise equipment installation in new locations in collaboration with contractors and Project Managers.
  • Ensure installations are compliant with manufacturers’ specifications, warranty requirements, and operational timelines.
  • Recommend replacement of outdated equipment and suggest suitable alternative models or specifications for future use.

Requirements & Qualifications:
  • Strong communication skills in both Arabic and English (verbal and written).
  • Previous experience in a multi-outlet Food & Beverage operation is highly preferred.
  • Proven experience managing and negotiating maintenance contracts.
  • Flexibility to be on-call during regular restaurant operating hours.
  • Willingness to travel across KSA as required.
  • Good presentation and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities:
