Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the full recruitment cycle, from job posting and screening to interviews and onboarding.
• Proactively source candidates using job boards, social media, referrals, and other talent pools.
• Conduct initial screenings and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
• Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Maintain accurate recruitment records and reports to track hiring metrics and process effectiveness.

Key Requirements:

• Completed Bachelor’s degree.
• Fluency in Arabic and English.
• 2+ years of experience in talent acquisition.
• Strong cognitive abilities and critical thinking.
• Experience in hiring teachers or educational professionals is a plus.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools is a plus.
