- Exchanging information and coordinating recruitment-related processes.
- Preparing and maintaining recruitment-related documents and reports.
Required Qualifications:The candidate must hold a bachelor's degree in one of the following specializations:
- English Language Education
- General English
- English Language and Translation
- Accounting Information Systems
- Management Information Systems
Preferred Certifications: Human Resource Management (HRM) Certification, or (PHRi) Professional in Human Resources- International.
Required Skills: Including recruitment of individuals, research, report preparation, workforce planning, and information validation.
