Join the Asas Makin team as a Recruitment Specialist and be part of the company’s mission to develop and invest in the real estate sector in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. We are looking for enthusiastic professionals to help attract top talents.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Utilize various channels (such as LinkedIn and job sites) to attract qualified candidates.
  • Regularly update recruitment files and ensure that applications are stored in an organized and easily accessible manner.
  • Respond to candidates' inquiries professionally and promptly.
  • Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process to ensure a smooth and effective experience.
  • Coordinate with relevant departments to schedule interviews and follow up on sending assessment results.
  • Support initiatives related to attracting talents and enhancing the company's employer brand.
  • Supervise the new employee onboarding program and provide necessary support during the joining period.
  • Participate in training employees within human resource development programs.

Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management or a related field.
  • Previous experience of not less than 2 to 5 years in recruitment, preferably in the real estate sector.
  • Proficient in using recruitment management systems and online employment platforms.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work independently and within a dynamic and proactive team.
