Job Overview:
As a Technical Support Officer, you will be the first point of contact for troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to security camera systems, including CCTV and IP cameras. Key Responsibilities:
  • Technical Support and Troubleshooting: Provide support for security camera systems, troubleshoot network connectivity, and configuration errors.
  • System Installation and Setup Assistance: Aid with the configuration and installation of security systems.
  • Customer Support: Respond to inquiries and document customer interactions.
  • System Maintenance and Updates: Schedule maintenance activities and provide support for updates.
  • Documentation and Reporting: Maintain records of interactions and create technical guides.
  • Training and Guidance: Train clients on security system operation.
  • Collaboration: Work with technical teams to address complex issues.
  • Feedback for Product Improvement: Gather customer insights for potential enhancements.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 13 years of experience in technical support, ideally in the security or IT sector.
  • Technical certifications (*, CCTV, networking) are a plus.
