About the Role

Airbus Helicopters Arabia for Aircraft Maintenance is seeking a Training Coordinator Junior for a contract position in Khamīs Mushayţ, 'Asir. This role is central to managing the Customer On-Job-Training (OJT) program at the site, ensuring alignment with customer requirements and internal documentation standards.

Role Overview

The Training Coordinator Junior will collaborate directly with customers to address their OJT needs. This involves developing internal Airbus Helicopters Arabia (AHA) documentation that is consistent with customer training manuals. The role also requires working with the Technical Advisor to ensure all OJT documentation adheres to Airbus Helicopters Management System policies.

Key Responsibilities

• Comply with all Aviation, Safety, Quality, and Export Control Regulations and Procedures.
• Adhere to all Airbus Helicopters Management Systems, Policies, and Regulations.
• Review Customer Manuals to identify key development requirements.
• Identify training needs by evaluating the strengths and weaknesses of customer technicians.
• Develop training assessment documentation in alignment with Customer Manuals.
• Build the annual OJT schedule in coordination with the Site Manager and Training Supervisor.
• Document the progress of customer technicians against OJT objectives.
• Assess and document OJT effectiveness.
• Update the OJT program in accordance with Customer Manuals.
• Develop Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for OJT success percentage, number of customer trainees, and customer feedback.
• Prepare and present reports to the Program Manager, Operations Support Manager, and Head of Operations.
• Conduct site visits at customer locations as required.
• Participate in the continuous improvement of PM training processes.
