Do you have exceptional standards? We’re searching for a Housekeeping Senior Supervisor to work alongside our Team to ensure all aspects of housekeeping and laundry are befitting of our reputation for delivering genuinely memorable experiences to our guests.
Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
- Manage, coach, and develop a team dedicated to exceptional housekeeping and laundry standards.
- Handle complaints and special requests to keep every guest happy.
- Check that public areas, rooms, suites, equipment, and linen exceed guest expectations.
- Assist with deep cleaning projects and occasionally assist your team during busy periods.
- Educate all team members on compliance with federal, state, and local laws and safety standards.
- Maintain inventory levels, prepare budgets, and drive productivity.
What We Need From You:
- High school diploma or equivalent plus one year of housekeeping experience, including some supervisory training/experience.
- Must be able to speak local language(s).
